This juvenile adventure series follows fire fighter Tim Collins as he becomes a fireman and battles blazes week in and week out. The program combines adventure, mystery, family drama, and fire-education. The show is geared towards youngsters and tries to teach the dangers of fire. Each episode ends with a helpful fire safety tip, as well as not so subtle messages about how careless people can put lives at risk when fire is concerned. This show features some good old fashioned radio adventures and is a very pleasant change of pace for those who want something different than private detectives and westerns.
