two super inventions, which quite naturally he tested on himself. The telepathic
indicator with which he can read pick up the thoughts of others, and the secret
diffusion capsule, which turns him invisible. If you think, “wow, that
sounds like the Shadow”. Well you'd be right. This show which aired in
1945 was a pretty blatant rip off of the Shadow, but then again, if you like
the Shadow, you should like the Avenger. Jim Brandon is aided by his beautiful
assistant Fern Collier.
